Went with Barking Abbey School 1976. Still Fond memories today. Absailing, Canoeing, Horseriding, Caving, The Outdoor Life…. - not what us City Kids were used to - a great week.

I went there a couple of days ago with youth club as a two night trip, but I ended up going home a day early because I wasn't feeling the best. It was a great experience to remember though

I went here with my school Campbell Juniors back in 1998 and I remember it like yesterday. We had such a great time, the staff were brilliant and made learning and the activities so much fun.

As a family, we had a wonderful time staying with other friends & their families. The bedrooms, meeting/dining room & kitchen were great. The heated room was a huge bonus in autumn. Our challenge was the fact that the bathroom/toilet facilities & the fridge were inadequate for our group of 60 (adults + children). Other than that, we had a fantastic time & would love to go back! A huge thank you to the team who manage the centre!!!

I went on a school trip here about 30 years ago and it was one of the best holidays I've ever had!

First went as a kid with school 30 years ago. Went back numerous times during term time and school holidays before finishing school. Inspired a lifelong love of the outdoors in a young lad from London.

Glasbury is now closed . Trewern still remains because a robust business model and a massive commitment from the local Borough. Clean , well equipped , great chef and brilliant selection of activities. Drying room is awesome.

This place is brilliant! I went there this week with my school(St Peters) and it taught us a lot of skills. I would defenitely rate this 5 stars :-) !
