Fantastic and friendly bed and breakfast. The hosts are lovely and generous and the rooms are cosy and friendly. Location is a pleasant 15 minute walk into town with access to fields and footpaths as well. Highly recommend!

This is not just a BnB, it’s a dream. Sharon and her husband David will make you feeling like you’re part of the family. They gave me awesome directions and a lot of informations about Hay-on-Wye and surroundings. The room was so tidy, the bed so comfy, the night was so quiet and silent that I thought I went deaf. Bathroom was really good and clean (private with the entrance inside the room). The breakfast was just another level: local ingredients (bacon, milk, eggs, mushrooms, yogurt, jams, cereals), very tasty and healthy. Also a very good choice of fruits. They have a really relaxing back garden with a view on the fields and a couple of lines to dry your clothes. Last but not least: buster (their old dog) is adorable.

Lovely hosts and excellent breakfast. Easy check in, come and go as you please. 10 minute walk into town over the fields or maybe 15 along the road. Bedding and towels etc were definitely a cut above, very luxurious. Plenty of parking. Can't fault this place one bit.

We were only there for one night but what a lovely place to stay! Sharon and David were warm and welcoming hosts, our rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The house is also in a quiet and lovely location within easy walking distance of Hay. A wonderful find. I’d definitely go there again.
